What is a drone survey/inspection for?

We listen to your requirements and work with you to provide information necessary for your project. We can inspect buildings as to their general condition and write photographic reports setting out our findings. The use of images is critical to quickly communicate areas of a building where remedial work may be required or extension and alteration is planned.

What might they include?

Survey and Inspection Reports may explain issues relating to maintenance or, decay through age and deterioration. We may then set out the way in which these issues may be tackled and resolved and assist in appointing suitable competent contractors on your behalf.

They may also be required at the start of a project to understand the condition of a building or part of building and convey that information to Client and stakeholders so that a Design Brief may be formulated.

Examples of Survey and Inspection Reports:

Quinquennial Reports on Church Buildings as required by The Church Measures Act. You can read more about Quinquennial Reports Here.

Condition surveys and reports on buildings or parts of which require remedial work, an example can be found here of work to a Grade II* Listed Church.
